Possibly pregnant but not sure?

Ok so I had my period earlier this month (haven’t had sex since) but Ive been non stop bloating (I mean non stop even when I wake up or I don’t eat anything. Ive always had stomach burning and dizziness and nausea. I went to my gi doctor and she’s giving me an endoscopy and I even told her I had my period and stuff. Could I be pregnant and not know it?.. My lower belly is extremely bloated but not the top and I’m worried. Not sure if it’s gastrointestinal issues or not.
