What should I do....

I just took two pregnancy tests today with two or three hours apart and both came back positive. I'm only 18, and my parents are both teachers and super strict. I am scheduling a doctors appointment next week. Should I take more tests? If I am truly, what should I do about my parents? 
And yes I have missed my period by three days now.

Do what's right for you whatever option you chose your parents will eventually come round. It'll be hard for a while but you'll be ok! Wait and see what the doctor says first.

Most likely that you are pregnant. Tests very rarely show up false positives. Best thing to do is to go to the doctor and talk about your options. You don't have to tell your parents, but it may help you to get some support. Maybe talk to them after you've decided what to do.

Just go to the doctor before making any decisions, whatever decision you make I'm sure they'll come around. Being pregnant can be a scary thing if you are, but beautiful things can come from it no matter how difficult the situation is, so don't completely freak out, it'll be ok :) just don't make decisions that you'll regret because you're afraid to tell your parents if you are. You'll be ok hun :)
