Nervous first time mom to be
Hello all,
I'm finding I've become incredibly anxious since finding out I was pregnant. I'm trying not to do too much research because I'm finding it's a rabbit hole that can make me even more nervous. I am curious about others' experiences though. I'm 7 weeks today and for the last couple days I have been VERY bloated. I'm not skinny by any means but this is a lot of bloat. Today my ab muscles are also very achy and it feels like it's in part caused by the bloat. Is there anything I can safely do to relive the bloat and should I be concerned about my ab pain? It does not feel like cramps, no spotting etc. It just feels like I did a really hard ab workout. I was also much more nauseous this morning than I have been.
