3am too early ?? Still not home

Edit — he got home 10 minutes after making this post I just pretended I was asleep as I couldn’t be bothered mentally dealing with it tonight. I worked out the nightclub he went to was a gay / lesbian club ?! Which seems even more strange in my head.

My husband has a work convention atm in the city. These happen maybe once every 3-6 months and they do convention stuff during the day and then they go out for dinner etc. he usually comes home late from these. Monday night he got home at 1:30am and now tonight it’s 3:05am and he is still not home. I usually don’t hear from him during the night which tonight I haven’t either. I saw an hour or so ago he checked into a night club (I checked our banking to see if he paid for an Uber home yet to see if he was on his way) he absolutely hate night clubs.. we are mid 30s and have a kid etc. is this appropriate do you think ?
