Is it normal to still be spotting blood 5 days after period ends?
Every since i had a baby almost 2 years ago, my periods have been lasting so long. I bleed heavy/ regular for 5 days. Then im spotting for 5 more days. I feel like my periods last forever. Im not spotting enough to soak a pad, but enough to have to wear panty liners. Its annoying! It throws off my confidence and makes me feel icky when i want to have sex.
