Wtf is wrong?!

Hi all!

Was having some amazing sex last saturday night and woke up sunday mid-morning to massive pain in my abdomen. No i’m not pregnant, doctor told me so. Been having intense and uncomfortable cramps since then. It’s been almost a week. Saw my doctor and she ordered an ultrasound, have to get that tomorrow. My iud is supposedly still in place because she saw the strings, but she found Bacterial Vaginosis so i’m on antibiotics.

Wtf could be wrong?! The pain won’t subside and it feels worse since i started the antibiotics.

Help!
