Any suggestions?

I have been attached to the toilet this pregnancy and I hate it. It’s Awful! I literally got dehydrated I have so much diarrhea and vomiting (sorry tmi). My doctor said it’s normal but never prescribed me anything for the problem. What should I do? I never had any sickness first go around and I’m lost and overwhelmed and can’t keep anything in me.😭😭

Go back & TELL THEM you’d like to be prescribed something for the vomiting, don’t ask, say “I’d like you to write me script of something for the vomiting”. Because if you’re that sick, you’ll end up in the ER needing an IV because you’re so dehydrated. My first was that way & lasted my entire pregnancy. It was awful. I was on diclectin the entire time at the highest dose & was still sick like 6x a day, if I missed even one of the 3 doses a day I was a write off & couldn’t leave my bed. 
In the meantime, try ginger gravol, see if that helps til you can get a script.

B6 vitamin n half unisom my dr said try this before getting something prescribed it’s been helping me and same w my last it’s a sleeping pill but it works most of the time
