Hcg levels

So I went to my on yesterday and I did an ultrasound, they told me the gestational sac was 8weeks but the baby was only 6 weeks.. they did not try to see if there was a heart beat which got me even more upset and they took blood and the picture is the results.. is my hcg level normal… I’m very confused and have been crying ever since 💔
