Early pregnancy left side pain please help🥺im. so scared

Is it normal to feel lower left abdomen pain in early pregnancy ? I'm 5 weeks and its been happening all morning and I'm scared and trying my best not to stress myself but I'm in pain and fear for my baby what could this be? And it's not like any other cramping I've experienced before plz help it hurts when I do anything when I sit up walk around it feels better when I lay down but when I try to lay on my side it hurts again I don't want to stress anybody ever experienced this before
