Could this be?

Last night I woke up to what felt like a sprinkle of pee. I go to the bathroom and sat on the toilet and it was a huge blood clot that came out. I instantly felt like I was having a miscarriage. I continued to bleed and cramp a little crying and scared. I am 7 weeks 2 days and my first ultrasound appt is Nov 4th. I contacted my doctor she stated she will set me up an appointment for HCG level test, and to still

come to my appointment. I am prepared for the worst my bf is sad and so am I.
