In complete SHOCK

I just gave birth 3 MONTHS AGO 😢 Last night I had a dream I was pregnant, when I woke up I told my boyfriend about the dream, he said his sister told him the other day she’s been dreaming about fish! We just laughed it off… I went grocery shopping and out of curiosity I grabbed a pregnancy test just to make sure, and as clear as day POSITIVE test! I don’t know how to feel at this moment, I just had a baby that I’m still getting to know and here I am pregnant again, I feel like I let myself down… everyone was still getting used to my daughter and here I am knocked up AGAIN! I know I should of took precautions but I’m scared and don’t know what to do, has anyone gotten pregnant right after having a baby? What was your experience? What did you do? How did your family react?
