Sensitive Smell To Dog

Hello all,

About 10 weeks into pregnancy #2 and although I had some issues with a sensitive nose during my last pregnancy, it mostly only affected what I ate. This time, instead of causing food aversions, I’m having a really hard time handling the smell of my dog. I know it sounds terrible, but even after two baths in one week, he smells absolutely terrible to me. My husband swears he can’t smell a thing, but to me our entire house smells like stinky dog and when he comes to lay beside me, I have to move away because it’s so strong. He is such a sweet pup and I feel so bad having to move away instead of cuddling up to him. I’m so hopeful this passes quickly but I wanted to post this to see if any other mamas ever had similar issues. If so, was there anything you could do to help? Please send help!
