Talk me down ladies

My husband had a vasectomy January 2020. His follow up appointment came back saying he was sterile. I’m now a week late. I’m never late. And now I’m terrified that we’re in that like 1% that it grows back! Talk me down. I’m probably going to buy a test tomorrow. My previous pregnancies I had massive head colds when I tested positive. So far no head cold. But also no symptoms of my period coming either. Ugh. I hate posting this.
