How worried should I be?

Baby is 6 months old - she threw up hard 3 times yesterday and projectile vomited once (very forcefully I’d never seen that before) she nursed some last night and I’ve been giving her pedialyte.. this morning she just spit up a bright yellow colored bile I guess. She’s got no fever, she’s acting normal.. I’m watching diapers and she’s not peeing alot but she is peeing. She has her 6 month check up tomorrow but today the doctor is closed.

I’m a FTM and so worried. Should I go to urgent care or try to remedy at home until I can take her tomorrow?
