Diet & Exercise While Pregnant

I am 5 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I began eating better (lifestyle change, not dieting) about six months ago and I exercise multiple times a week. What are the “rules” for how little you should eat and the “rules” for exercising while pregnant?

I don’t want to gain a bunch of weight or struggle to get the weight off after birth, but I’m scared I also fear that I’m not eating enough. I eat around 1,500-2,000 calories a day.
