Unsure what this could be?

A few weeks ago, I started to get these random sharp and quick pains that last like 1-5 seconds on my right ovary area. It doesn’t happen every day.

Last night my husband and I had sex and this morning when I went to go pee, I wiped and there was a streak of light red blood (I never bleed from having sex with my husband so I didn’t think it was that). I still have 2 weeks until my next period and I’m pretty regular. pregnancy tests were negative.

I do have an IUD (Paragard) and I’ve had it since November. I’ve had no problems with it. I was told to check the strings, but I can’t ever feel the strings cause the strings softened not long after having it in (which apparently that’s normal??). They usually soften and might wrap around the cervix from what I researched.

I haven’t had any other bleeding today. I did get one episode of that quick sharp pain a few hours ago.

Idk what this could be, but I’m really hoping my IUD is in place and not embedding in my uterus. I am gonna call my OB tomorrow.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has been through this before.
