What cycle day do you start using your OPK test?

This is my first month trying opk testing… any and all tips and tricks are appreciated!! Thank you ladies!!

Usually when I've bought test they recommend when to start testing based on usual cycle length.
For me it's recommended on cycle day 7.

I start a couple of days after my period.

I've found the app is close, but not 100% percent accurate when predicting ovulation. I start testing about a day or two before the the app thinks I will be at high fertility.

If your cycles are irregular i would suggest starting the day after all bleeding from your period has stopped. If your cycles are regular, you could start cd10
