How do you report someone for welfare/benefits fraud?

In the state of Florida.

I know this woman who is frauding pretty much every govt welfare program including Medicaid by reporting no to little income but they do under the table construction work and have hundreds of thousands of dollars. She also steals from stores like Walmart. Basically I think it’s time for a reality check.

(I know she has tons of money because for some reason she showed me her bank account to brag to me about it)
