2 weeks 2 days PP

I had my baby October 16th. I had some heavier bleeding and small clots for a few days. The clots stopped and the bleeding lightened. I went to the restroom a little while ago and I felt this slip out. My bleeding is still light. I did not start bleeding any heavier but I did start cramping after, for about an hour. It felt like period cramps. About a 5/10 ont the pain scale. I'm just wondering if I should be worried? Besides this coming out, and the cramping, everything else is still the same. I am keeping an eye on it just in case.
