Vaginal ultrasound at 5w4d

Went in to see my obgyn due to brown spotting. She did a transvaginal ultrasound and we saw an embryo sac and yolk sac which measured right on point.

She had told me it was unlikely to hear heartbeat because it was so early. I just saw results from the ultrasound on our medical app and it said the following, which got me worried:

- indication: threatened ab (abortion)

- Gs (gestational sac) with Ys(yolk sac) no Fp (fetal pole)

Are these comments normal and I’m just working myself up? Optimism in me says “threatened abortion, because I went in for spotting/bleeding” and maybe fetal pole doesn’t develop that early?

Pessimistic me has got me anxious. Would love some insight and if everything seen on ultrasound is fine? Thank you
