Spotting what does this mean?

So I started getting this brownish/pink light spotting on friday night(yesterday) & then I had horrible cramping the whole night and then today Saturday morning I just had brownish bleeding but not a lot just about 2 whips full and now it's gone.. it's just going on and off me and my bf had sex on the 8th of Dec my ovulation day but we were wearing a condom and before that we had sex and he came inside me but that was awhile ago I think 1 week or maybe 2 ago what does this mean what Is happening
