New symptoms at 37 weeks??

Anyone else? I have never gone into labor on my own so idk what to expect as far as that goes. I was having lower back pain (not to painful or uncomfortable) before my 37 week appointment yesterday. Some time around 9pm it started getting worse and I noticed more frequent contractions but not consistent. Was able to fall asleep but woke up at 2am and was extremely nauseous, had diarrhea and the pain was worse in my back and stomach. I was up until about 4am when I was able to finally fall back to sleep. I got my kids up for school at 6 and now at 7 am still having the nausea and intense back pain that’s now making my legs hurt. Idk if I should reach out to dr or if it’s normal. I never had this with my previous three. I just feel so lousy. Yesterday I was 1cm dilated and 80% effaced with baby at -2 station. Is anyone else feeling similar or did before labor??? Thanks mommas
