Exercise, diet, nausea, fatigue...

Hi all, approaching 9 weeks and nausea and fatigue are really peaking! I'm not eating particularly well as nausea is worse at thought of or when eating fruit and veg!! Bit worried I'm not eating well which isn't like me at all. The other thing is I had to stop exercising for couple of weeks as had some bleeding, all seems to have settled and all was well on early scan, now I'm worrying about my lack of exercise! I exercised 3-4 times a week (running, high intensity interval training, spinning) pre-pregnancy and was hoping to continue - just wondering what everyone is doing to help eat well and to do exercise when feeling so fatigued and nauseous?? I'm so tired I'm falling asleep at 7pm after work!! Help!
