C Section v. Natural

I am 39 wks and having to make a hard choice. I had my first daughter vaginally and it was a traumatic experience. It took over 2 days and almost ended in an emergency c section. I hemorrhaged and had 2nd degree tearing and she was just 7lbs. Fast forward to my ultrasound today, my second daughter is already 9lbs according to the scan. My doctor is leaving it up to me to decide. She says I can try natural and will have the risk of not being able to pass her shoulders and hemorrhaging again but she thinks it’s possible or I can opt for a c section. She is not pushing either and I’m not set on going the all natural way, I just want the lowest risk for the baby and myself. Anyone who has had both, I’d like your opinion! Thank you.
