I had intercourse the last day of my Normal cycle which is 28days is it possible for me to get pregnant? And I've also just got off BC this year

Sperm can also stay in the body for 2-5 days after, so if your cycles are short and you ovulate close to your period it's definitely possible

It's possible, but highly unlikely. You'd have to have a very short menstrual cycle. This would bring the time of ovulation closer to the time when you are bleeding, especially if your period tends to last a long time.
