Gestational diabetes

I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I'm 29 weeks with my 4th. Always had healthy full term pregnancies. This one is healthy and normal other than the gestational diabetes. I'm so scared and sad. I'm scared it'll never go away since there's only a chance it'll go away after giving birth. I'm afraid my baby is gonna be sick or have issues or get too big. The dr said they induce if the baby gets over 8lb 8oz, but my biggest baby was only 7lb 8oz so I'm scared the baby will be too big. I'm scared of a c section. I have to cut out 90% of my normal diet. I don't even know what to eat anymore. I feel trapped, angry, sad, scared, nervous.. any advice??
