Boyfriend acting strange

Kind of strange but me and my boyfriend discussed having another child, while I would like one he definitely doesn't. BUT everytime we have sex he suggests doing it without condoms, putting the condom on halfway, pulling out ect.

a few times he has started and then said that he's forgotten to put the condom on. I'm waiting on an appointment to get an IUD so our only form of contraception is condoms. I don't understand why he would be so flippant about it if he really doesn't want another baby??

It's getting to the point where it causes an argument and we end up not having sex 😂

I don't see why I should put my body through plan b just because he thinks the pull out method actually works. He also says its my responsibility buy the condoms and plan b should we need it as I'm the woman 🤬
