Gluten free/low carb/paleo type diets
I was gluten free (as an experiment as I have IBS and wanted to see if gluten was a problem for me) before I got pregnant. I was enjoying the lifestyle and the foods I ate. When I got pregnant I was craving breads and cookies and pretty much anything baked, so I decided I'd eat gluten while I was pregnant, thinking my baby needed those carbs. But I feel like crap now and miss eating no wheat and basically a lower carb diet. I'm afraid if I eat lower carbs it'll effect my baby negatively. Can someone give me some input? Is anyone else on a low carb/paleo type diet?
