Barely feel pregnant

Our due date is may 27th so 11+1 and besides for being a little extra tired extra hungry and having some bouts of heartburn and gas pains. I barely feel pregnant and it kinda makes me nervous. I've only had 3 times of morning sickness weeks ago. This is 4th viable pregnancy and I was always sick with the other 3 through most of pregnancy with them. We had a ultrasound at 7+6 and saw its heartbeat and have our 1st ob apt next wed just hoping that everything is still going smoothly.
