Major Pain

So it's about time for my Skyla IUD to come out, but I haven't had the money to remove it. Tonight I began having crazy cramps that feel like they're in my vagina instead of my uterus?? I don't even know if this is related to my IUD but the pain is unreal. It comes in waves, and my mind is telling me that it's my body trying to push out the foreign object. Any and all advice would be helpful and sooooo greatly appreciated. *ps I do not have health insurance or none of this would be an issue
