Please give advice — BV or something else?

Hi guys! I’ve been to urgent care & my gyno about this but they keep giving me antibiotics and I don’t think it’s working. About 2 weeks ago, I had sex (with condom & lube) and didn’t pee after and ended up with a bad UTI. I got antibiotics for that and it went away, but then I started getting yeast infection/BV symptoms. Used monistat, the yeast infection symptoms went away but I was left with a few problems so I kept using it but it would BURN. Went to urgent care and they said I most likely have BV because the monistat was burning me, and prescribed antibiotics. The antibiotics were working fine and I felt great but now that I’m off them I feel off again. My only symptoms are a slight slight feeling of having to pee all the time (not as bad as a UTI) and I smell REALLY sweaty down there, like an abnormal amount of BO. What do I do? I feel so disgusting, and it’s been awful not being able to have sex☹️ I just want to feel fully normal again.
