I’ve been in a caloric deficit for 2 weeks now and I haven’t lost a pound. I weight out my food, make sure to eat fruits and veggies, lean meat, and all that. I eat between 1500-1800calories a day and I workout twice a week. I’ve been so discouraged lately with my weight and feeling stuck at this size. How do I keep my mind of food and focused on literally anything else? I need Jesus.
