5 days late period

I’m 5 days late on my period which isn’t abnormal as I have long cycles and my periods are often late. But I am sexually active and me and my boyfriend use condoms but he cums in me each time. I’m not too worried as we are in a committed relationship for over 2 years and have a house together but I’m just asking for advice. Should I take a test or wait it out?

I haven’t had any other symptoms except just irritability but that can also be due to getting my period soon.
