i need advice...

so my boyfriend and i have sex pretty regularly and he's great. we're both kinky and know what the other likes and do great with foreplay. the sex itself is amazing😮‍💨. i recently went on BC and so occasionally we'll not use condoms. every single time we dont use them tho, he can only be inside like 10 seconds before he has to stop (he pulls out bc he doesn't wanna accidentally finish inside me). now we laughed about it at first and teased, but at this point, it's really frustrating bc i never get to finish and he does and he feels really bad and i'm just irritated when i know he doesn't mean it...please any advice or someone who's been through this before...?🥲
