Freaking out

Im a new nurse on orientation. I just called out sick for my shift tomorrow. a month ago, I did the same thing. the reason is for the first one was my blood sugars were dangerously low. the reason I called out today was because I am having extreme anxiety insomnia and stomach issues causing me to not be able to go to sleep. I feel really guilty and feel like they’re gonna fire me. this keeps happening. my insomnia and anxiety is so bad. I need the money and I can’t do this. there’s no one at my job I can talk to. I feel so alone overwhelmed and just fucking anxious all the time.
