Is my breast milk spoiling?

Question

Anybody breast milk does this in a bottle or the breastmilk bags ?
I pumped it this morning and it looks like this . I checked the milk in my fridge from 12 am and it looks the same in the bag . It wasn’t sitting out at room temp . I had this milk in a insulated lunch box with freezer pack on top for a couple hours .  
Is it separating ? Is my fridge not cold enough ? Is it spoiling ?

Just the fat deposits separated. Give it a few swirls and it’ll be fine.

The rule is if it looks like that cold it's good if it looks like that hot or warm then it's probably spoiled. When milk sets and gets cold it separates and coagulants so it looks like it's spoiled but it isn't he should be able to warm it up and swirl it back together. If you warm it up and swirl it back together and it's still not swelling in still staying chunky like that then it would be spoiled.
