Fertility Treatment

Hi lovely ladies, I was just wondering if anybody knows the process in UK for couples unable to conceive? We have been trying for years. I have had all my fertility tests and all is okay. My partner is now undergoing his semen analysis and if that comes back not as hoped I’m just wondering what will be out next option, if anybody has any experiences they could share with me that would be a really great. We are UK based By the way so it’s all NHS treatment/testing.
