TWW 10DPO Testing

Hello ladies, I know I’m a bit early but this TWW is killing me. My husband and I have been trying for 4 years I had polyps in my uterus ( procedure to remove), dermis cyst on my ovary ( surgery to remove, and PCOS. This is my 2nd round of letrozole. Am I seeing things or do you see a VVFL? Symptoms: very vivid dreams, slight sore breast, slight cramping on and off like once a day, my poor husband! My hormones have me a little snappy 😩😭. I know the symptoms are all so similar to AF so looking for others opinions and TWW buddies :)
