Breast leakage?

So I’m 13 dpo today and noticed my nipples have been leaking. We have been actively trying for 3 years with only one conception that ended at 33 weeks as a stillborn in June 2020. Just curious if any of you had breast leakage before your bfp? Thanks!

It happened to me but my prolactin levels were high. It was because of my medicine.
