39+1 day and in so much pain today 😅

My baby is still breech and we have been putting off a c section in hopes he will still turn. But today my body is hating me. I keep pulling those round ligaments but that’s besides the point. My lower back is ACHING. My pelvic area hurts, my butt hurts. Even my jaw is aching 😂 most times when I stand up like a bunch of air escapes my vagina and that’s weird. Is this a sign labor is near or what? I don’t know if I will so go into labor naturally with baby still being breech and not engaged.
