Mommy needs answers and opinions

So I been getting this discharge and its really thick I've been getting normal discharge since I found out I was pregnant but it was never this thick until now plz help what is it and as anyone has this type of discharge and nothing was wrong 🥺 and I can't see My Obgyn yet because I have to schedule an appointment and I'm waiting on my medical card to come in the mail and I do not have a primary care doctor and I don't think this is serious to go to the emergency room but I don't know this is my first pregnancy time 7 weeks tomorrow please help and if this is like a yeast infection or something please comment something I can do naturally to clear it up without medication
