Is this safe to use during pregnancy?

My dr never gave me an ok medication list and I don't see him again till the 21st, meanwhile I feel a sinus infection coming on and I'm trying to fight it. I've heard of some saline sprays not being safe for pregnant women due to not being 100% saline, but I can't find a list of any unsafe sprays. Does anyone know if this is ok or not?

You can double check with the pharmacist but as long as it's just saline it's fine. I used hydrasense for a cold during my first trimester and it was given the all clear by the pharmacist.

My doctor prescribed me flonase for nasal congestion. I'd just call and ask to talk to someone about a medication that you are wanting to know if it's safe.
