Sad 😔

I'm currently cycle day 21 and I got a negative pregnancy test. Is it still to early to test ? Am I out for the cycle and to try again next month ? Flo ( app ) says I should start on the 16th and Ovia says I should start on the 17 and p.c says the 18th and Glo is saying way later this month that I should start my period which I know is way off but worried kinda don't want to take another test and be disappointed
