Really need answers!! TMI

I'm 5 days into what's supposed to be my fertile week. I've been feeling cramps in my left ovary and naturally thought it was ovulation cramps. Well I just checked my cm and it is lightly streaked with blood. I'm not sure what to think! Is it possible implantation bleeding or is it too soon for that considering glow says today is my most fertile day. It's entirely possible I ovulated early...please let me know what you think.
