I’ve lost a lot of weight after having my son( one year now, yay!) and breastfeeding. Being a mom has been a drastic change and trying to get back to work has been crazy as well. Overall, let’s just say a lot has been happening and I’ve tried my best to do and be my best. I’m just trying to get some of my healthy weight back but nothing 🙁🤷🏽♀️. Any ideas on how to add healthy weight ????
