Is sensitive feeling nipples a sign of pregnancy? I’ve missed my period going on 2 weeks now and haven’t had a positive yet and still no period but today my nipples just started feeling sensitive/sore when I touch them. My whole boob doesn’t hurt it’s just my nipples.

Yes. Within the first few weeks my nipples became so sore and it was winter time so that didn't help at all

In my 2nd pregnancy i was still breastfeeding and it was extremely painful... That pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 12 weeks unfortunately... But this time I'm late few days, negative and breastfeeding is painful again.. Im my first pregnancy i didnt fell any discomfort of nipples until long into pregnancy.. So every pregnancy is different and sometimes just high harmones near periods can hurt nipples too
