Mastitis plus staph infection

Have any mommies dealt with this before? I’m 12mpp and exclusively pumped for both of my girls with no issues. Of course when I planned on weaning next month, I get mastitis and then a staph infection from the nipple being opened (I had milk blebs). These last few days have been hell. I’m being treated with oral antibiotics and am getting a second round of an antibiotic shot tomorrow. If this has happened to you, how did you help heal your nipple? I feel like everytime I pump, it reopens everything and I’m petrified of it getting worse, but they said I need to continue pumping like normal if not more.
