No sleep regression?

LO just turned 5 months and has slept through the night since he was a few weeks old. Did he just not have a 4 month sleep regression? I’ve been scared and have been anticipating it but it never happened… am I in the clear? Here my little man for smiles, love to see your babes too!

Yes I have heard of little ones just totally skipping the regression! Sounds like you’re in the clear (low key jelly here lol) but yeah other than the other leaps coming up and teething….sounds like you have a pretty amazing babe! 😍

I’ve heard that some babies don’t go through them, some go through them at 1 year and others every stage. My son also didn’t have it and truthfully every night I don’t hold my breath cause I think “tonight might be the night aha” he will be 6 months on the 28th and doing great.

I’m wondering the same thing because my boy is a great sleeper! We had a few wake ups here and there but nothing consistent. 🤞

Every baby goes through the 4 month sleep regression because it’s biological. It’s just that it’s not necessarily an actual regression for every baby, some sail right through it. They should just call it the 4 month sleep change! My little girl is 5 months old and it didn’t negatively impact her sleep at all so we’re just some of the lucky ones!
