8weeks 5 days and spotting-Help

Hi All,

So im extremely nervous and stressed am am 8 +5 and I started bleeding yesterday i went to my Dr today and had an ultrasound he said babe looks like he/she is growing appropriately and fine. So i felt relieved and of course didnt ask any questions 🤦🏻‍♀️ but am angry at myself bc he prescribed Progesterone and i didnt even think to ask for what. I had a miscarriage in May and im super stressed. Also when i got the pills.. it has a sticker saying do not use if pregnant. Please help with advise, experience or anything. Thank you
