Candles with essential oils ?

Sometimes I used candles to fresh out the house to smell good but I didn’t realize that It has some essential oils in it until now! I am 19 weeks pregnant and I know I have to be avoid essential oils. Now I’m nervous about it ! Is that bad or it is okay? 😬🤦🏽‍♀️.

Who told you to avoid EOs during pregnancy? Never heard of that and literally every woman I know have used EOs while pregnant lol so I wouldn’t panic. Their children are celebrating their 2nd and 3rd birthdays

All candles have essential oils, that's where the scent comes from. I've never heard that you can't burn candles while pregnant tho? You should be okay but you could call your doctor to double check just in case

I never heard that you have to avoid essential oils while pregnant. Perhaps there are some that you shouldn’t consume or use topically while pregnant? But if it’s just in a candle I wouldn’t worry about it.

You're allowed and encouraged to use essential oils. Even in labour was allowed to use them in the hospital.
